2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind, size, or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
